My only complaint is the way this brand changes water temperature by having the handle swivel clockwise for warmer or counter-clockwise for cooler. I suppose I am more attuned to the other method where the handle moves towards the right for cooler and to the left for warmer. But once the motion was learned, it has been a nice addition to the kitchen. The extra long neck makes cleaning pots and filling the water pitcher for the 'fridge much easier.This is great faucet, works fine, no problems so far (a few months). Yada, yada, yada, (they require a bunch of words to be able to post, stupid AMAZON policy, great faucet.)Revised 2-22-16: After one year faucet started to stick, had to disassemble and lubricate. Now after two years, found out that faucet has been leaking I would no longer recommend this item.it works well and looks nice
