I purchased this Peerless® Tunbridge 2-Handle Kitchen Sink Faucet with Side Sprayer (Stainless Steel P299578LF-SS) from Amazon.com on November 13 of 2017, which is 574 days (or 1 year, 6 months and 28 days) ago now. It was delivered on November 15 of 2017. I installed it the very next day, meaning that it has been in service for only 571 days (or 1 year, 6 months and 25 days), which is not very long in comparison to how long other kitchen faucets have lasted me in my homes. Yet, this faucet has developed a pinhole leak in its gooseneck. Since I cannot see very well close up any more, I did not notice the pinhole leak in the gooseneck until earlier today. More than likely, the pinhole leak developed some time ago, perhaps even several weeks or months ago now. This type of degradation should not happen to a relatively new, recently installed faucet, if it was truly a well-made, quality product, as Peerless® implies it to be. Peerless® has a Limited Lifetime Warranty on its faucets, which states, "All parts and finishes of the Peerless® faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material & workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns their home." So, I will call them tomorrow about the pinhole leak, and see whether or not they stand behind the wording of their so-called Limited Lifetime Warranty. As you can see in the photographs, I take very good care of the faucet. Always drying it off and polishing it with a soft cotton dish cloth after every use, and, when necessary, washing it off with a mild solution of liquid dish soap and water. I will post a follow-up review after I contact Peerless® about the pinhole leak defect, and let you know the outcome.Update:On Monday, 06/10/2019, I called Peerless Faucet (now apparently Delta Faucet) at 800-438-6673 (Delta Faucet Customer Service: 800-345-3358). I explained to them that my stainless steel Peerless Tunbridge 2-Handle Kitchen Sink Faucet with Side Sprayer (P299578LF-SS), which I purchased on 11/13/2017 off of Amazon.com, was delivered on 11/15/2017 and probably installed on 11/16/2017, developed a tiny, barely visible pinhole leak in the gooseneck portion of the faucet. The Delta Customer Service Representative had me take and send him some photographs of the gooseneck of the faucet showing the tiny, barely visible pinhole leak. I did as he requested. With no further ado, he obtained my name, telephone number, email address and shipping address, and then shipped me out a new Peerless P299578LF-SS faucet that very same day. I received the new Peerless P299578LF-SS faucet today, 06/13/2019, and installed it already. Peerless (Delta) sent me a new faucet because the gooseneck of the faucet is not a "spare park" which could be sent out. I applaud and thank Peerless (Delta) Faucet for honoring their "Lifetime Faucet and Finish Limited Warranty, without me having to jump through hoops of fire, such as removing and returning the defective faucet, which is usually the case with most warranties, rendering them useless and more of a sales gimmick than an actual warranty. So, good job Peerless Faucet/Delta Faucet! I highly recommend their products for this reason alone. After several efforts to stop our old faucet from leaking underneath the counter (yes, this was a MESS for weeks), my husband finally decided trying to fix our faucet was no longer worth the frustrating repair efforts. Our kitchen is terribly outdated and in much need of a complete remodel, so we wanted a replacement faucet that looked nice, served our needs, a little bit of an upgrade to what we currently have (without looking ridiculous in our kitchen), and was a reasonable price point (after all, it's likely we'll end up replacing it once we renovate). After a little searching, we settled on the Peerless Stainless Steel Two Handle faucet with sprayer. We love it.The package arrived a few days after we ordered it. The entire system is metal -- I've read reviews of other Peerless faucets being plastic, but that is not the case with this one. The stainless steel look is very simple and sleek, which is a nice change from the chrome monstrosity of a faucet we used to have in our kitchen. It took less time for my husband to remove the old faucet and install this new one (less than an hour) then it took him to try to repair the old faucet. The package did come with a hose to attach the sprayer -- this was a nice surprise that saved us the additional expense of buying a separate hose. The package also came with instructions on how to remove the old faucet. My husband referenced these instructions, but he didn't use the loosening agent that was recommended (apparently the stuff needs to sit for 24 hours before attempting to remove the old faucet). He just opted to remove the old faucet without the recommended loosening agent and was able to do so right away. I suppose each user can determine how to apply the instructions to remove the old faucet since each faucet is slightly different and the removal process will vary for each household. The faucet itself is high, much higher than I expected, giving us a lot of room to wash taller pots and larger items. I like this. After the first few uses I was surprised to find the water runs out of the faucet for a few seconds after the water flow is turned off, but I think that's because the water has farther to travel and is still working it's way out of the neck of the faucet. Our last faucet didn't have much of a "neck" (it mostly jutted out just slightly above the counter) so I became accustomed to the water flow stopping right away when I turned the water off. The extra few seconds of water flow isn't a big deal and I've adjusted to this quickly, but it was something I think is worth noting. There are not red/blue color indicators on the handles to denote which handle should be hot or cold. I think this allows for flexibility in installation -- instead of being limited to installing the sink where the handles are pulled toward the user to turn on the water flow, users can install the sink in reverse and push the handles away from the user if they prefer that method to release the flow of water. Personally, I like pulling the handle towards me to turn on the water, but I can see the benefit of the versatility for other users if they prefer to push the handles away in order to turn on the water. The faucet does rotate 360 degrees (making the installation scenario I mention in the previous paragraph possible). The faucet does swivel from side-to-side a little more freely than I'm comfortable with, but when the water is running I notice the pressure does provide a little more resistance that slows the swivel factor down a bit. Still a little too loose for comfort, but the faucet was such a good price that I think this is a minor complaint. The installation does require four holes in the sink in order the be installed.Overall, this is a really nice option if you're looking for an inexpensive and visually appealing replacement. If I had the option of purchasing a higher-end product I would likely spend more money to get something nicer, but I think this will serve us well in the interim until we're ready to move forward with our kitchen remodel.I am really enjoying my new faucets. They were easy to install and are high quality, with real nice smooth operation. The high arc makes it so much easier for me to hook up my portable washing machine as well. They do however have a limit of 1.8 maximum gallons per minute rating, so if you have lower water pressure, this may be something to consider.la llave esta perfecta ya la adapte para trabajar con baja presión, seria importante decir que esta llaves son para alta presión, acuérdense que en la ciudad de mexico la presión del agua es por gravedad.Great tap works perfect looks good and a great price I'm quite pleased thank you.Todo iba bien al inicio, pero apenas se cumplió la semana y la llave simplemente dejo de pasar agua.very happy with product and the delivery
