I have been using it for several months and no problems at all. I also found the sprayer hose to be a little short and messaged the seller. They sent me a longer hose and spring. Great customer service and the faucet works great. I would say this is one of the nicest faucets I have ever seen or used. I highly recommend it.I had this product installed two months ago and it is leaking like crazy already. I am so disappointed. My plumber who professionally installed this said you get what you pay for when he installed it and said it was not good quality; I should have believe it when he told me and sent it back then. Only thing I would have liked is the mounts for an adjustable width wall mount.The upper hose is flexible enough and still stands well. the valves work well and the unit it’s self is well constructed. The finish is easy to wipe down. Looks good and works well.I needed a new faucet in my laundry room, notice I say mine because it seems my husband never goes in there. I liked this faucet because it does everything. I am replacing one that was just a spray head and thought a traditional faucet as well would be nice.Ok to be honest I was expecting some lightweight residential type of faucet. I was wrong. This faucet is truly commercial quality and has a nice feel to it. Nothing leaks and everything moves smoothly. The spring on the hose has the right amount of bounce to it.It was easy for my husband to install (wow he went in the laundry room).Overall I am happy with this faucet and can recommend it. 5 STARS in my book
