I really wanted to use this product but by the time we finally got our counters in, Formica, the shaft was determined to be 2 inches too short. There was no room to screw on the tightener. I had to quickly buy a different one the day the plumber was at my house. Since the counters took so long my return window is closed. What do I do with it now?The champagne brass matches my other accessories perfectly. The first faucet we received was leaking but the company overnight shipped a new one and its working wonderfullyFaucet was install in the laundry room and is Beautiful and very well made. After installation this product works as expected. The sprayer pulls down to the top of the sink and after removing the flow restrictor the sprayer can blast with incredible force if the faucet handle is full on.The only issue is the single page "instructions" which should be labeled "Installation Overview". I did not follow their suggestions as it makes the job more difficult. Their picture suggests to assemble the faucet to the sink first. However, first install the water supply hoses, install part #9 (cylinder pipe), and then install the faucet onto the sink. Note that they do not indicate which is the hot and cold inlets; you can see this in my picture, or you can hook up one and blow into the hose to determine if the air is coming out when faucet handle is in the full hot or full cold position. I also used teflon tape on the connection of the hoses to the water turn off valves. One other note: when attaching the water supply hoses to the faucet I used a small open end wrench on the first hose but the second hose could only be tightened with long needle nose pliers. Final note: installation would be greatly improved if the hoses came preassembled to the the faucet.This faucet is stunning and exactly what we wanted! We wanted the faucet to be a focal point in our newly remodeled kitchen and this is perfect. I love the fact that it has both a regular faucet nozzle and a sprayer and that they can be used at the same time or separately. The regular faucet has a flow nozzle on it that can be used to increase, decrease or stop the flow. The spray nozzle is somewhat flexible, but does not pull down. Both do move a full 360°, so you can easily move one or both out of your way.The brushed gold color is beautiful too. It’s not too brassy or too gold - it’s very classy.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the aerated stream out of the regular faucet is slightly “splashy”, if that makes sense. It’s not a super smooth flow, but it’s plenty strong and obviously adjustable.As far as the install, we can’t speak to that as our contractor did it, but he didn’t complain.We ordered the built in soap dispenser and garbage disposal air gap separately, but also from Amazon.Overall we are very pleased with this purchase and it’s highly recommended!This faucet is gorgeous and excellent quality! I have researched this type of faucet for about six months from many brands and came close to purchasing a different brand that was almost double the price! It was beautiful but it lacked certain features that I wanted and didn't want to spend that much money on a faucet. Then as Amazon does they find similar products and suggest them to you. This was the one and I'm so glad they did. It had every feature I could want in a faucet.You can run water in both the nozzle and sprayer at the same time or turn the nozzle off and just run the sprayer. Now let's talk about the quality and finish..... the brushed gold is perfect. Not too gold not too light and the quality is excellent. Very high end! My husband and son love it and say it makes washing dishes fun!!I can't say enough good things about this beautiful faucet! We love it!*We had someone install it and he said it was easy to install.Love the product look and feel. But the sprayer looks party blocked and if turn it only to hot water, pressure drops. Cannot find a number for customer service.I went to every home improvement store you can think of looking for a touchless faucet and they were expensive, BUT not a stylish. I went on to Amazon and found this faucet and fell in love and then I read the reviews and I had to get it. This faucet wasn’t just attractive, stylish, versatile, it was at a price I couldn’t pass up. I wasn’t home when it arrived, my husband was tho. He called me asking how much I paid for it because he thought it was well over $300. The reason why he asked me the price, was because he said, it looked extremely high end, and it feels high end. This faucet is extremely sturdy, well-built, and fun to use,if that makes any sense. My husband put it in within an hour, he had no problem at all installing it. Now when I get company, the first thing they see is the faucet and they comment on how beautiful it is, and they say, I must have broke the bank with this faucet because It looks expensive. But we know how much we paid for it. ? if anyone is changing their faucets, and are looking for something stylish, and functional, I would highly recommend this faucet.
